He has a vast experience in his field and has successfully Dr. Lakhvinder has done more than 20000 laparoscopic and hysteroscopic gynecological surgeries in entire upper North India. Dr. Lakhvinder is a visiting laparoscopic surgeon to more than 30 centers in Jammu Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Eastern, and Western UP as well as Nepal.

Dr. Lakhvinder Singh has been doing all sorts of infertility related and other gynecological surgeries laparoscopically and hysteroscopically. Very large fibroids equal to a uterus size of 26-28 weeks pregnancy weighing more than 2 kgs is now a routine. All Grades of endometriosis, adenomyosis, tubal blocks, dermoids, septums ovarian cysts( benign and malignant), ectopic and cornual pregnancies as well as other not so common conditions are a part of the armamentarium.

Dr. Lakhvinder Singh has been a part of various training programs for improving the skills of practicing gynecologists and surgeons. He has authored various books and chapters on the subject He is a fertility enhancing surgeon par excellence. Most of the patients which he has operated upon have done very well and have carried pregnancies till term and successfully delivered babies.

Dr. Lakhvinder Singh has a keen interest in medical electronics and instrumentation. He has worked out a number of innovations in this field. Major multinational companies have kept him as key opinion person. He had been the master trainer at Ethicon training institute, Kirti Nagar, Delhi for the versus copy. All fellow surgeons and instrument companies often consult him for any problems they encounter. He is also now into designing operation theatres for his fellows.

Dr. Lakhvinder Singh has numerous publications in reputed international journals. He also has compiled 3 textbooks, two of which have been funded by University Grants Commission.
